Dr. Deena and staff were incredible, from start to finish. They were compassionate during a very difficult time for me. Their euthanasia service was swift, quiet, and no stress, which is exactly what was needed. They care about their patients and their owners. Highly Recommend

One of the best Vets I have ever been to! The front desk was able to get my elderly pet rat Newt in very quickly (next day) when she had a sudden and drastic decline in health. Dr Deena was very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She laid out our options, but but we did decide on euthanasia since treatment was likely to only prolong my girls suffering. My rat was given lots of love from staff, they were very gentle with her, and extremely compassionate overall. I always felt as thought I had options, and everyone involved cared just as much for Newt's wellbeing as I did. Losing a pet is never easy, but the staff here made it the easiest experience it could've been given the circumstances, both for my sweet girl, and for me and my grieving partner. We are so grateful for this fantastic team!

Saw the reviews and thought this vet sounded really good, considering most reviews were five stars. Was very disappointed with the care. Brought my bearded dragon into this vet about 2 years ago, I’m still to this day so upset with how we were treated. The vet insisted that her husbandry was set up incorrectly (wouldn’t look at pictures or the temps I had written down) and that she had a vitamin deficiency, it was the only thing that would make her eyes swell and leak. It was over 400 dollars and they sent me a long pamphlet on a habitat setup with her summary. Took her to another reptile vet three days later when the medication wasn’t working to be told she had a double eye infection which was what I thought to begin with. It was due to the substrate In the tank. Second vet said her husbandry was proper, but I should use a more effective cleaner and to get rid of the substrate for awhile, they gave me a recommendation on a cleaner, and different medication. Within two days she was able to open her eyes again and eat normal. She’s been healthy ever since. I do not recommend this vet for reptiles. They seem to do great with dogs/cats/and small animals.

Narra staff are extremely friendly and professional. The exam rooms are clean and comfortable. Dr. Deena is knowledgeable and she kept me informed on the cost of every option. She gave me a break down how much medications would cost from various distributors, the food types available and the impact they would have on my babies, and even alternative clinics that may have resources/supports that they couldn’t offer. I can’t say enough positively about this clinic. They will treat your pet with the kindness and compassion that you do, leaving you wanting to come back (probably not the pet).
